It says here that most of the cleaning is done at the end of the day, or maybe the beginning of the day. Well, that’s true, but when you use the book, you’ll see that the cleaning at the end of the day takes a lot less time than when you started.
This book is an excellent primer on the art of self-care, self-motivation, and the three levels of self-awareness. It is also great for getting a kick out of doing your own cleaning. The chapters are broken up by the different cleaning types: cleaning of the home, cleaning of the home, cleaning of the garden, and cleaning of the home.
This is a book that really helps you understand why you do what you do, why you tend to clean in the ways you do, and how you can become more aware of your own habits and routines. Many of my clients have said that I help them remember why they do what they do.
If you’ve ever done your own cleaning, you know what I am talking about. I think it’s the most fun part of cleaning, and one that most people don’t have a clue about. You’re not trying to clean your house, you’re trying to clean your mind. Cleaning your mind is something that can be fun and easy and something that you can do with your hands.
One of the things that makes me feel so good about helping people is that I don’t have a checklist. I have a process, and I don’t have an agenda or a “what do I need to do right now?” moment. I just go at it, and I try to make it work.
I love the “what do I need to do right now moment.” part. I love that people can take whatever they need to take home and not be afraid of something they dont know how to do. That feeling of “now” is a great thing because you can feel confident that you know what you’re doing.
I think of the now as a feeling of confidence, not a checklist. I think of the now as an internal feeling of being at ease with what you’re doing. I think of the now as a feeling of freedom, not a feeling of having to do something right now. I think of the now as a feeling of doing something that has value, not a feeling of having to do something you think you’d do.
