I’ve noticed that even though the sun is shining and the breeze is cool on my upper body, it’s still hot in my skin. The humidity is still there, and I still feel it in my hair and skin. I’m a bit of an island, and when something is out of the equation, I’m not sure what I would do.
I get it, I get it. The sun warms you, the wind feels good on your skin, and the humidity is on your skin. But it doesn’t warm you up, it only makes you feel more and more cold. It’s not the sun that makes you feel cold, it’s getting colder.
I know I know. It’s because of the sun. It is a fact of life that you could not live outside without the sun. Like, for real. If I had to choose which sun I like the most, it would be the one that comes straight down in the afternoon, when the sun really shines, and is always in the same spot. The one with the hot spot always at the same angle. The one with the hottest spot always facing the same direction.
I think about this a lot since I am in a really nice apartment where the sun is up every day. When I am outside, I feel very comfortable and like I am at home in a beautiful place. When I get inside, its always very cold and I am always freezing. I feel so cold I start to get anxious, like I have to make a decision about whether to leave the house or stay in it.
A few weeks ago, I was in one of my favorite parks. The view was always breathtaking. The park is very popular and the people are always on their phones. At one point the phone began to ring and I was like, “This is probably my mother, calling me to tell me when my parents are getting home, I’m going to go and get a glass of water.
This is a normal reaction to a phone call. But if someone were to call and say, “Hey! I need to talk to you about my father,” you would think the person had just died. But this is not what happened.
So what happened? A friend had called to tell me that his father was a visionary. I was like, “What?!?” and then the phone dropped. We were both stunned by the fact that this guy was actually alive. We spent the next few days trying to figure out what happened. It turns out that he had taken his own life.
I remember that I cried a lot while reading the book, although it was a little overwhelming. I was so surprised to find out that this guy was actually alive. While I felt sorry for him, I felt more like “Oh, this guy actually exists. I wish I could meet him.” For all the wrong reasons.
Although there is no real explanation for his death, it is a simple fact that he was a big part of the game. The developers have been using the game’s world to create new scenarios, which is a cool way to use the game’s real world setting. I love the idea that this game will be a full-bodied, real-world game that will make the player feel like they are actually a part of that world.
The problem is, the game is set in a time loop where the first person to kill the enemy is the last person to save the world. If you are a fan of that idea, you’re going to be pretty disappointed with Deathloop. But you might find it interesting to play as the person who’s playing the game.
