It’s hard to write about yourself when you are not sure you understand the very act of writing itself. Self-awareness is about recognizing your own thoughts and behaviors, and the best way to start is to start writing about yourself.

This is a question I get asked a lot. I’ve found that the best way to learn is to take a step back from the writing and just ask myself the question. How do I do this or where did this idea come from? There is a lot of research out there, but the best way to learn is just to ask yourself the question. You’ll end up finding that you have a pretty good idea of your own thoughts and behaviors as you write.
I’m not sure what it is about auto source, but I always feel like I’m being told to do something that I’m not ready or able to do.
Auto source is one of the most important things I’ve learned about myself. It helps me see the patterns in my behaviors and what I’m doing that I’m not always willing to admit. It also helps me see the patterns in my work and how it affects me. One of the things that I’ve noticed is that I never write a sentence that’s perfect or that’s the nicest sentence ever.
Auto source isn’t the only thing that has helped me learn to pay attention to patterns. What I like to call my “auto-patterns” are what allow me to see more patterns than I could ever perceive in my own behavior. For example, when I’m working I write out every action I take, no matter how small, and see how each action affects me. What I’ve found is that this is a great way to see my patterns.
It makes complete sense. When we talk about patterns we tend to think of things like “stumbling,” “saying the wrong thing,” and “not learning the lesson.” But as we have found, auto-patterns are as varied as our behavior. They can be things that are very obvious or very subtle.
