I have no idea why I’m typing this, but one of the things that always struck me about Planet Fitness is how much it has in common with the science of exercise. Sure, Planet Fitness is a lot more physically demanding than the average gym, but it’s still a science. It’s a very rigorous science, where every time you do a set number of reps your body will actually use some of its muscle to do that set number of reps.
