My friend, chef, and food writer, Paula Deen made this series about the three levels of self-awareness. These dishes are a good place to start if you are interested in learning more about these concepts.

This is why I don’t think you should be able to say to somebody, “You should do that.” Self-awareness is nice, but it’s not a license to do anything. It’s a privilege, not a right.
