The best way to learn to exercise is to take your time to figure out what you are going to do in the exercise. This is especially important if you are going to a gym, where the only person that knows what you are doing is the instructor. The only person in the gym that knows what you are going to do is you.
When you’re in the gym you’re literally putting yourself at risk. You are a potential saboteur. You can’t see the instructor or the instructor can’t see you. In order to make sure you are safe, you have to do things to get through the motions. For the first couple of months, you have to be completely naked. Then it gets more complicated.
With all of the different types of exercises that you can do in the gym, we will ultimately find out the best way for you to get through all of them. The first thing you will probably notice is how easy it is to get through the motions. As long as you dont get distracted by anything else in the gym, youll be able to do the same exact movements as the instructor.
The other thing that you will notice right away is how much more time you will have left in the gym when youre done. Every other gym will have a clock that keeps track of how much time has passed, but at the gym youll only have to keep track of how much time has passed for the rest of your life. This can be very liberating. Of course, youll need to do the same exercises over and over and over and over and over.
