The thing about these quote things is they’re actually a type of t-shirt. A person can buy a set of neon green quotes and have them make a thing that looks like a t-shirt. A person can then go to a store and buy the t-shirt and sell it online as a brand. This is also why it’s not a good thing. If you pay $50 for a set of neon green quotes, I can buy them as t-shirts for $10.
