My main goal in life is to blow up. I don’t care about anything else I do. I don’t care about what I eat, I don’t care about who I sleep with, and I don’t care about anything else I do. I just care about blowing up.
That’s a lot to cram into a few lines, but I’m hoping we can all agree that it’s a worthwhile endeavor. It’s not an easy goal, but it does require a lot of thought, concentration, and bravery. If you’re going to do something like this, you should probably be prepared to die.

I think its a good idea to be prepared to die. Its a lot easier to take a step back and reflect on what you’ve done and why you did it than it is to think and do it again. You should do this before you go to bed at night.
The first line of the article says to do this “before you go to bed at night.” I agree. Its a bad idea to do it in the middle of the night, especially if you don’t have the energy to get back to sleep.
If you are a person who suffers from insomnia or is sleep deprived, or you just want to take a break from it, then you should definitely consider making this your new goal. But I don’t think this is something you should do on a permanent basis.
Many people who suffer from insomnia or sleep deprivation are just getting up to get away from it and have a good night’s rest. This could be an excuse to get out of doing the dishes or clearing the table. A person who has to sleep in order to keep his or her job may be taking a nap. In fact, there is a lot of research regarding sleep deprivation and how it affects people.
Not everyone who has to sleep in order to keep their job is in a similar situation to a person who is tired of getting up at 5 and then having to make breakfast every morning. Sleep deprivation is a condition that is more widespread than the average person realizes. It’s becoming more and more common as we live into an era where most of us are working with computers and computers are becoming more and more indispensable to our lives.
The problem with sleep deprivation is that it can be extremely difficult to get your body to fall asleep. In fact, the best way to beat sleep deprivation is to get your body to fall asleep on its own. And if you’ve ever tried, you know that it takes a lot of effort to get your body to fall asleep.
