Well, if it was me, I’d join the effort, if you can even call it an effort. I’d do my best to make sure that people aren’t allowed to leave their keys in the lock, if they’re on the other side of the door, or in front of the door, or any other way that I can think of.
Of course, it would be very easy to think of the other side of the door as the one that’s the easiest to walk through. Most people would be content with that. But this is an area where the citys parks department, or the other part of the citys government, could make a better decision.
