I’ve been an avid photographer for years and I’m proud to say that I have my own website. It is called mikerashid.com and I have been sharing my work and photography with the world for the past 10 years. I’m always trying to learn something new and share it with everyone I meet. The new website is a place where I can share my most recent work and where I can reach out and meet new photographers.
I have been a member of the community for over a decade now. I started out as a student at the Institute of Contemporary Arts in London and have since worked with many photography groups across the globe. I also am a former member of the Photography Society and currently work in a group called Camera & Lens.
mike rashingid is an award winning photographer and author of the book “A Camera Amp Lens” (available from Amazon and other retailers). He’s currently working on a new book which will be out in 2014. I also am the editor of the blog “mike rashingid”.
I’m the editor of the blog mike rashingid and also run a photography school in the UK.
I think the only reason I am not more active in photography is that it seems to be the one thing I have the most difficulty with. Even though I am very experienced in photo editing, I am still getting lost and confused in the very basics of photography. If I could just get my head straight and understand what I’m doing and why I’m doing it, I could start doing better.
First off, it is not all that difficult to learn how to use Photoshop to edit your photos. If you can get past the weirdness of the interface and get the basics of how to use images, it is pretty straightforward. But there are many more complicated Photoshop tools such as filters and the like that are much more complex and therefore take more time to learn.
Well, that’s not the case at all. I’ve only used Photoshop in the past 2 years. I’m fairly new to image editing, but I’ve been using Photoshop for more than 1 year now.
Ive used Photoshop for about 3-4 years now, but Ive only used it for about 1 year. It really depends on how well you know the stuff, but I think Ive got most of it down pat.
The only tool that I’ve never used is Illustrator, I just recently realized that is a very complex tool that takes a lot more time to learn.
So, I think that Ive just begun to get a head start on the kind of thing that I want to do. But I have 3 more years of college to go before I start working on real things.
