I got to be the co-founder of the big blue tech company where I work because no one else was interested. I worked there for eight years and I really like what I do there. I love that people care about what I do. I feel like I have a good job.

How long would you think its technology (and therefore its profit margins) were sustainable? To me, it seemed like a company that was going to last a long time had to be a company that had a sustainable business model.

If you have the right people around you, it might actually be quite beneficial to you.

So they have to make sure that they keep the number of employees in the company as low as possible. This isn’t always easy to do, but it does have the potential to be beneficial to your company.
